Helping Hearts, Caring Souls (HHCS) serves as the primary fundraising and grant-making organization supporting the work of the Association for the Rehabilitation of the Physically Disabled (ARPD), a legally registered nonprofit organization in Pakistan.

ARPD is registered with the Social Welfare Department, Peshawar under Account No. 11494 in accordance with the Voluntary Social Welfare Agencies Ordinance, 1961. Funds raised by HHCS are transferred to ARPD under a formal Memorandum of Understanding to support its rehabilitation, education, vocational training, and humanitarian programs.
