The Outreach patient camp exercise is one of the major programs of the Helping Hearts, caring Souls (HHCS). The purpose of the exercise is to offer Rehabilitation services to physically disabled people at their doorstep. It also aims to provide the opportunity to know the condition of their health and for those with serious conditions to seek early physical treatment with the support of the HHCS. The exercise is meant to be free to the physically disabled people because of the high cost involved in seeking private rehabilitation services and their parent’s inability to afford it.
