HHCS runs a project of skills development at RCPD Peshawar. The center develops and implements special training programs for women, and youth with a special focus on persons with disabilities to prepare them for gaining employment and engage in income-generating activities to raise their standard of living and social uplift through self-employment.
It aims to develop the potential of the workforce by increasing their standard of skill and basic education so as to increase productivity, and quality of products and to meet the needs of both domestic and international markets.
So far STC of HHCS conducts training courses in 5 trades some of them are as under;
- Dressmaking
- Beauty Clinic
- Tailoring and Embroidery
- Computer Office Automation
- Machine and Hand Knitting
