Orthopedic Workshop
Thanks to the generous support of HHCS donors, thousands of individuals in Pakistan are regaining mobility and dignity through access to custom-made prosthetics, orthoses, and mobility aids—completely free of cost. In partnership with the Association for the Rehabilitation of the Physically Disabled (ARPD), HHCS supports a fully equipped orthopedic workshop located at ARPD’s rehabilitation center in Peshawar, Pakistan.

What We Do
In our orthopedic workshop, we design and manufacture a wide range of assistive devices tailored to each patient’s unique needs, including:
Prosthetic Limbs
For individuals with amputations
Orthotic Devices
Braces and splints
Orthopedic Shoes
Improved posture and support
Mobility Aids
Movement and independence
Each device is crafted with precision by skilled technicians using both traditional techniques and advanced modular technologies—still rare in most of Pakistan. The workshop maintains a strong focus on quality, functionality, and comfort, ensuring every device contributes meaningfully to a patient’s recovery and quality of life.
Who We Serve
We serve individuals living with physical disabilities—many of whom are children or adults from economically disadvantaged backgrounds. Without financial means, these individuals would be left without support. By providing assistive devices free of charge, we restore not only mobility but also hope, independence, and inclusion.

Partnership with Mayo Hospital
In a groundbreaking development, ARPD has signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with Mayo Hospital, Lahore, one of Pakistan’s oldest and largest medical institutions. This collaboration allows ARPD to extend its orthopedic services to patients in Punjab, ensuring access to high-quality, custom-fitted prosthetic and orthotic devices far beyond the Peshawar region.
Through this strategic partnership, more patients across Pakistan can now benefit from ARPD’s expertise and HHCS’s donor-funded support—bringing life-changing mobility solutions to an even broader population.
